hrough a grammar review, conversation once a week with the French native assistant, and the study of 19th and 20th century French and Francophone authors such as Rostand, Baudelaire and Gisèle Pineau, students will gain increased communicative competency and knowledge of French culture. Students meet three times per week with the instructor and once a week with the native assistant. Conducted entirely in French. Prerequisites: French 201 with a grade of C+ or better, placement, or equivalent.
